Located in the City of Concord, Concord Life Sciences Center (CLSC)’s mission is to support start-up life science companies in search of affordable laboratory space in a collaborative working environment. We understand the high costs associated with starting a life science company in the San Francisco Bay Area. At CLSC, we provide coworking laboratory suites with basic equipment, meeting space, office support, and other amenities at a low cost with flexible terms relative to other incubators.
