The Alameda County Workforce Board is hosting an employer‑led apprenticeship panel on April 23 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Hayward City Hall. The event will bring together employers to share their experiences with developing and sustaining apprenticeship programs, including hiring apprentices, upskilling workers, and partnering with education agencies. The goal is to support employers by highlighting apprenticeships as a proven workforce solution and encouraging the development of new registered programs through our technical assistance partnership.
