Call for Speakers | AMBayArea Summit 2024

East Bay EDA partner, AMBayArea is holding the AMBayArea Summit 2024 on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 from 1 to 7 p.m. at Chabot Space & Science Center in Oakland. AMBayArea is currently accepting speaker proposals from industry experts, researchers, and thought leaders. If you have a compelling success story to share or cutting-edge information that would benefit manufacturing executives, we encourage you to submit a proposal for consideration. 
 
To submit a proposal, go here to review the guidelines, and click on the “Submit a Speaker Proposal” button to complete and submit the speaker proposal form.

East Bay EDA recently unveiled its new Resilient East Bay website, designing it as a resource to support the region’s manufacturing sector and related industries spanning 3,500 businesses, 150,000 jobs, and contributing over $40.7 billion in GRP. Supporting American Supply Chain Resilience
 
On November 27, the Biden Administration released a new Fact Sheet on federal activities to strengthen supply chains, coinciding with the inaugural meeting of the White House Council on Supply Chain Resilience. The Council will be co-chaired by the National Security Advisor and the National Economic Advisor and include the Secretaries of Agriculture, Commerce, Defense, Energy, Health & Human Services, Homeland Security, Housing & Urban Development, Interior, Labor, State, Transportation, the Treasury, and Veterans Affairs, along with several other key agencies.
